Heute erzähl ich euch von meiner Challenge zum Launch 🚀

WAIT: When did this become German?? 🥔

Seit unserem Ausscheiden bei der EM! Spaß beiseite …

Wir sind eine Deutsche Marke auf dem europäischen Markt. Das hat bei mir folgende Verwirrung ausgelöst.

• Die Kickstarter war auf Englisch. 90% der Plattform Supporter sprechen Englisch. Da hätte Deutsch nicht gereicht.
  

• Auf Instagram sprechen wir Englisch. Manchmal Deutsch mit englischem Untertitel. Eigentlich völlig Banane.
  

• Auf TikTok bin ich auf Deutsch unterwegs. Immerhin ein bisschen Klarheit. So klappt’s auch, bei der Co-Gründer Suche.
  

• Auf LinkedIn posten wir abwechselnd auf Deutsch und auf Englisch. Warum, weiß keiner so genau.

• Und Hier? Hier habe ich von Anfang an auf Englisch geschrieben. Dabei habe ich kürzlich erfahren, dass 80% von euch Deutsch sprechen.

Schluss damit. Ab sofort konzentrieren wir uns auf’s D-A-CH der Welt 😉

Eine Sache kam mir in den Sinn → Zu oft kauft man die Katze im Sack.

• Man hofft, dass es gefällt.

Das will ich ändern. Ich möchte, dass jeder Modifox testen kann.

Wenn etwas nicht gefällt, soll das nichts kosten.

Flashbacks von meiner letzten Tour: In 5 Tagen habe ich 20 Kiunden besucht.

Als ich unterwegs war, sagte ich in einem Update folgenden Satz:

Daraufhin → Mittlere Explosion in meinem TikTok Postfach 💣

Auf einmal sollte ich hierhin und dorthin.

Ich hatte aber bereits eine Route. Und den Mund zu voll genommen 🤦🏻‍♂️

Länger. Weiter. Besser.

Deshalb, habe ich mir für dieses Mal etwas Besseres vorgenommen.

Ich liefer in 7 Tagen 250 Paar Schuhe in ganz Deutschland aus.

Die ersten Orte stehen bereits fest: Köln, München, Hamburg, Berlin.

Aber ein paar Kilometer Strecke fehlen mir noch. 😉

• Content was English only

• Ordering hardly worked

• Videos didn’t buffer

But that was yesterday! So let’s cut to the chase.

Today , I tell you about my Launch Challenge 🚀

WAIT: When did this become German?? 🥔

Since we got kicked out of the European Cup! Jokes aside …

We are a German brand in the European market. So for a long time I was heavily confused.

• Our Kickstarter was in English. 90% of their supporters speak Englisch. I thought a campaign in German would not have been enough.

• Our Instagram is English. Sometimes German with English subtitles. To be fair, that doesn’t make any sense.

• On TikTok I go full German. At least here I got clarity. Maybe that’s why my search for a new Co-founder took off.

• On LinkedIn I either post in German or English. Why? Nobody really knows.

• Und Here? Here I’ve been chatting with you in English since the start. BUT: I recently noticed, that over 80% of you speak German.

So to make it simple: For now, we focus on the world’s D-A-CH 😉

(D-A-CH means Germany, Austria, Switzerland. But it also means roof. Yeah … my jokes don’t translate well either.)

That’s why you will only find it here. Hope you understand!

I did my research. Worldwide, there are 27 million online shops.

So why should anybody stumble across Modifox.com?

I thought about that: What can I do to get someone to go the Modifox Way? 🤷🏻‍♂️

One thing came to mind. Too often you buy a pig in a poke.

• You've seen something.

• You order it.

• You hope you like it.

• If you don't, you're annoyed.

I want to change that. I want everyone to test Modifox.

So free shipping and free returns are a must for me.

If you don't like something, it shouldn't cost you anything.

Quite the opposite. You already invested your time. That's worth more than all shipping costs combined.

Is that enough?

A thought that I couldn't get rid of. Because I always hesitate before ordering.

But I already had a route. And I had grown overconfident 🤦🏻‍♂️

Longer. Further. Better.

That's why I will do something way better.

I deliver 250 pairs of shoes across Germany in 7 days.

The first locations have already been decided: Cologne, Munich, Hamburg, Berlin.
